Dr. Manga specializes in the field of burnout and energy management and has just published a book on the subject called The Energy Code”.

She is passionate about translating the wisdom of ancient traditions and latest findings in neuroscience into simple methodologies and practices that are practical and relevant for modern day living.  Twelve years ago, Dr Ela Manga, stepped away from her GP to practice to work in a way that she believed was more supportive of sustainable wellness. Her work as an integrative practitioner has offered her a deep perspective of the root causes of stress and illness and has inspired her to develop a mindfulness based approach to modern living.  Dr Manga runs her private practice on the banks of the Crocodile River in Muldersdrift. She is also the founder of Breathwork Africa, a school of breathwork that offers workshops and practitioner training to people from all walks of life.
